DELIVERY POLICY
We offer next day delivery in Kuwait.
Orders placed on Friday or Saturday will be delivered the following Sunday.
For orders outside of Kuwait, shipping will be via DHL and takes 5-10 working days on average.
If for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase, please email us or call us with the issue.
RETURN POLICY
Please note that for any returns, your item is to be returned to us in its original condition. Returns that do not comply with our policy will not be accepted.
Please note delivery charges are not refundable, and the shipper is obligated to pay for all shipping back return charges.
Items may also be returned to our shop in Al Hamra Shopping Centerwithin our working hours.
All items should be returned in their original packaging. They must be unused, unaltered and in their original condition with all tags attached. All items returned with out the original tags will not be accepted.
Your item will be checked upon receipt by our team to make sure it meets our return conditions.
Please note that returns for online orders may only be made 7 days after the item has been received. Please also note that swimwear and jewelry is not eligible for return.
If the purchased item has damages, please contact us immediately for a full refund.
Please note that items sold using a discount code or on sale are not eligible for cash refunds, and are only eligible for credit and exchange. Please bear this in mind when you make your purchase using the discount code.
REFUNDS
Refund for successfully returned items will be initiated to the original payment method.
Original shipping and duties charges will not be refunded. Customs duties and taxes are also non-refundable.
Please note shipment cost for returns will be borne by the customer.
The refunded sum may take up to 14 working days to reflect in your account due to varying processing times between banks.
